Pinogy now uses Team Viewer for Remote Access

Pinogy has switched to using Team Viewer to remotely support you. With this change, we will be able to continue to offer the best support available, but even faster. In order to make this switch as seamless as possible, we have pre installed Team Viewer on all computers that have recently used Log Me In. This way, you don't have to do anything extra. Standard support will be available from 9 am to 6 pm Eastern time, Monday - Friday. After Hours Critical Care Support is available at all other times, with the following exceptions in 2017. Sunday, January 1st: Closed, After Hours Support is Available after 12PM The primary support number is 877-360-7381. Standard support covers all questions and issues related to our software products and is included in your regular subscription. After Hours support is only for critical issues, and is billable.
