Retail Support Availability for 2017

Standard support will be available from 9 am to 6 pm Eastern time, Monday - Friday.  After Hours Critical Care Support is available at all other times, with the following exceptions in 2017.

Sunday, January 1st: Closed, After Hours Support is Available after 12PM
Sunday, April 16th: Closed (Easter Sunday)
Monday, May 29th: Closed, After Hours Support is Available till 4PM (Memorial Day)
Tuesday, July 4th: Closed, After Hours Support is Available till 4PM (Independence Day)
Monday, September 4th: Closed, After Hours Support is Available till 4PM (Labor Day)
Thursday, November 23rd: Closed (Thanksgiving)
Monday, December 25th: Closed (Christmas)
Sunday, December 31st: After Hours Support is Available till 4PM (New Years Eve)

The primary support number is 877-360-7381.  Standard support covers all questions and issues related to our software products and is included in your regular subscription.  After Hours support is only for critical issues, and is billable.  Critical issues are issues that prevent a retailer from completing a sale or return.
